This Agreement is intended to protect confidential information shared by the Client for the purpose of pitch deck creation, strategy, and consulting services provided by PitchRex.com.


  1. Definition of Confidential Information

Includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business plans

  • Financial data

  • Product ideas

  • Investor strategies

  • Proprietary materials


  1. Obligations

Includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality

  • Not disclose to third parties

  • Use information only for agreed services


  1. Exclusions

Confidential Information does NOT include:

  • Publicly available information

  • Previously known information


  1. Duration

This NDA remains valid for 3 years after project completion.


  1. Return or Deletion

Upon request, all confidential materials will be returned or permanently deleted.


  1. Breach

Any breach may result in legal action and damages.


  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with global applicability.


  1. Global Validity & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is enforceable across jurisdictions.

  • Legal action may be taken where breach occurs

  • Parties agree to cooperate under international laws
